Super Diamond, a nationally acclaimed Neil Diamond tribute band, will play Greshams Party in the Plaza on Friday, July 30. Gates open at 5 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Plaza, 401 N.E. Second St., and the show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the gate and $12 tickets can be purchased in advance for children 12 and younger and adults 65 and older. Camp Collins Concert and Benefit – 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, 3680 S.E. Oxbow Parkway. Michael McGinnis, a past member of the New Christy Minstrel Singers, and friends will perform this benefit concert for the YMCA Camp Collins Kids to Camp Campaign. Proceeds help provide scholarships for kids to attend the camp. Tickets are $20 for adults in advance and $25 on the day of show, and $10 for children (ages 6 to 18) in advance and $15 day of show. Oregon native John Bunzow started his professional career while attending the University of Oregon and has spent the past 20 years playing clubs throughout the Northwest. His fusion of rock roots and blues garnered him an extensive fan following, which has led to him being described as one of the finest roots writers-musicians on the current music scene. Aug. 2.
Portland-based singer/songwriter Amy Bleu is a cabaret-influenced folk singer who uses the baritone ukulele and acoustic guitar to perform her sometimes autobiographical, sometimes fictional songs. Aug. 9.
